Biblical Counseling

 

 

     

Purpose

The purpose of the Biblical Counseling Ministry is to provide windows of "Hope" (Corinthians 10:13), "Help" (Isaiah 61, Psalm 46:1) and "Healing" (Ephesians 4:22-24) by restoring God's people to fellowship with Him through His Son.  The Biblical Counseling Ministry accomplishes this with a three-fold process.

1.  By counseling in such a caring manner that individuals, couples, and families work through the issues in their lives, know Christ personally, and learn to live a victorious life.

2.  By training and supervising others to counsel in the same manner.

3.  By providing support to individuals who are hurting and in the process of healing.

The Ministry meets the second Monday of the month, 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Seminars

Seminars available to develop or present workshops that will educate Christians on the use of Scriptures in solving your problems God's way.  Please call the church, 248-353-0675 for more information.

Learn how to become a Biblical Counselor
 
Christian Research And  Development Training Institute (CRD Training Institute is a ministry of Christian Stronghold Church, Philadelphia, PA) and New Hope Missionary Baptist Church – a  CRD Licensed Training Center is offering Biblical Counseling Classes.
 
In these classes you can learn to sharpen your problem-solving skills by using the Bible to counsel yourself and others.  In conformance with Ephesians 4:12 these courses are designed to help equip the people of God for the works of service, to the building up of the body of Christ and specifically to assist the individual Christian assume his or her proper role before God, in family, at work and in in general.
