Personalized Pew Plaque

We are continuing an ongoing program offering personalized pew plaques as a way to honor or memoralize loved ones and simply express gratitude for God’s blessings. Each plaque is beautifully engraved and placed on a pew in our sanctuary, serving as a visible reminder of your faith and commitment for years to come. Your participation will not only create a meaningful legacy but will also help support our 365 Mortgage Elimination Plan.

Donation Amount is $250.00 per plaque.

PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO ORDERING.

Plaques will not be ordered without a confirmed payment.

Ordering forms will also be available at the kiosk outside the Church office. If using this paper form you can also mail your personal check along with the form.

We reserve the right to edit or restrict the wording on the plaque and reviewed the purchaser for approval

When pew plaques are received, arrangements will be made for you to designate a pew.

Plaque Details:

  • Personalized Engraving on metallic 6 x 2 inch bronze plate
  • There will be not more than three plaques on a pew side
